Yesterday morning Jason sent me a series of texts messages starting around 5:30am. The first few were little things that we needed to remember for the display... the final one just said "I'm running around the shop, I'm too excited to sleep! Happy ITG!" ... I was in a little over an hour later and we haven't slowed down since. This year we have so much help it's a little more like fun and doesn't resemble anything close to work... unless you count not having much time to sleep. You could say that this year we have a Harrelson TEAM. Maybe that should be what we put on our shirts next year... TEAM HARRELSON. ha... I've already seen some really impressive things. Every year feels a little like going home. I realized this year that I have a lot of friends at this conference. Some I have known for 6 or more years. It's always so much fun to spend time catching up and seeing how a business has grown in a year or two. Last night was so much fun! At one point I looked around me and realized I was sitting between Sean Jones (gives great hugs), Lew Soloff (great tie Lew), Joey Pero and Jason Harrelson all at The Dakota while listening to Trent Austin and Jeff Pearcy (he's in the Jazz Improv Finals on Thursday night with Jake & Benny) ... it was such a great night of music. It's so much fun to make friends over something like music. Friendships built around a common love, especially music in my case, seem to last forever. I am taking a brief break down in the lobby. I have more table signs to finish up this afternoon. Banners to pick up in the morning... and I guarantee you tonight will be a late night. We're holding court at The Dakota. Kelly Rossum is hosting the Jam Session... and there's no way I am missing Allen Vizzutti tonight :)

Sounds like a blast Jenn! Sounds like you need to run to Costco and get a case of 5 hour energy. Have a great time.
