1) Find your size on the chart below
2) Choose original shape/depth (A) or a custom shape and any depth
3) The system is logical, your Cup diameter should match the Rim diameter
4) Cup depth Letter value should match the Throat Letter value

To save you time and energy, you may order your 5MM by simply telling us which brand and size options you prefer and we will do all the cross reference work to get your mouthpiece built right the first time. It is not necessary to learn our sizing system.
