Today's Summit trumpet was built with the client's initials in the tuning slide. He specifically chose this font and sent me the font style name and approximate size he envisioned within the tuning slide. I raised the letters to two different levels and created a recess at the top to offer more definition. Just about anything may be milled into one or both sides of the tuning slide and bell crook.

A Colorado couple stopped into the Denver shop during an open house early in 2014 and ordered this custom Summit One Bb trumpet. They visited again a few days ago to finalize details before final assembly and placed an order for a second Summit Bb trumpet as they play together in the same band.

Leroy Jones is one of the most inspiring trumpet players in the world and I am honored to have built his custom Summit One trumpet.
