Designed for all-around playing, the GS12 is a high efficiency design that produces a huge warm tone. This trumpet is much warmer than Bach and Yamaha professional trumpets. Our GS line is dedicated to saving waste by using one or more components that did not pass inspection. In the case of this GS12, the style R SWE tuning slide did not pass inspection due to thin walls where the nickel tubes attach, but functionality is not affected. Please see the video for more details.
Featuring our Limited Edition Summit One design, this horn was built with our gold brass, standard taper 10G bell in our standard end diameter and our #1 CNC machined leadpipe with integral VGR System that exhibits a beautiful balanced tone color and focused projection pattern.
Includes our Venturi Gap Receiver (VGR) System with unlimited inserts for life, Summit One ergonomic finger rings, Saturn water keys, SWE top caps, bottom caps, and finger buttons. Matching Harrelson Modular Mouthpiece available to further adjust projection pattern, tone color and intonation. Finished in raw brass. You may preserve the finish with a coat of Carnauba wax or nanotech protective coating.
