Designed for all-around playing and easily doubling on lead, the X26 will be built with our VPS Leadpipe & Receiver and our SWE tuning slide. This horn will easily blend with Bach, Yamaha and other horns. An experiment in simple design, this horn was built with our versatile large taper red brass #3RX bell and #1 leadpipe that exhibits a warm mature tone color and even projection pattern. Matching Harrelson Modular Mouthpiece available to further adjust projection pattern, tone color and intonation.
Our new X-series trumpets give you the opportunity to own truly innovative instruments that are sure to become very collectible. Built with the same high quality components as our VPS Summit and Muse series, each X-horn is a true prototype designed to test a new idea, design or material.
